Boarding the Symphony of the Seas in 6 days on Friday May 16. Does anyone know if they are still featuring a Seafood Buffet for lunch upon Embarking. If so where do they have it. Thank you

Is Royal Caribbean still using the wow bands on the symphony of the seas. Is the cost to purchase them still five dollars? If you had them from previous cruise, are you still able to get them reprogrammed for your new cruise?

Trying to find out which two nights on a seven day cruise on the symphony of the seas are formal nights, and also is there any place I could find which evening which menu will be offered in the main dining room room so I know what nights to book specialty restaurants if I don’t care for what’s being offered in the main dining rooms

Check in for my sailing on Symphony of the seas opens April 1, 2025. Does it still open at midnight on April 1? Also, is it better to use the app to check in or login on the website?

I have read several articles and talked to people that have cruised recently, and they said there was a seafood buffet, including lobster tails on embarkation day. Some articles I read, said it was also on the symphony of the seas, either in the buffet or in the solarium at the front of the ship. We will be sailing out of Bayonne, New Jersey towards the end of May and was wondering if this was still happening on the symphony.

Does anyone know if they enforce the boarding times at Cape Liberty New Jersey?

Just an update. The $2500.00 credit was applied to my cruise balance March 7th. That is 9days before the final payment date. Thank You Royal Carribean!

My advice to you is to call the Rewards Desk and talk to them about what you want to do. When I redeemed my points for a free cruise, which amounted to $2500 off in my case of the total cruise fair, I booked directly through them. I normally book through a travel agent however, that would’ve complicated the matter.

The request was submitted in November 2023, I just talk to the CRUISE rewards desk again and they assured me the credit is in process and will be applied prior to the final payment date. The final payment date is 10 days away, March 16. They told me that if it wasn’t applied by March 14 to call them back. Hopefully I won’t have to call them back. Thank you everyone for your help.

I have redeemed points for a $2500.00 credit towards my cruise on the Symphony leaving June 14. Final payment is due March 16. The credit has not been applied yet. When I call the Rewards Redemption Desk they tell me it will be applied before final payment date. That is in 11 days and if not applied by 2 days before final payment date, then call back. Has anyone had any experience with this situation?

Does the check-in option on the app show up when check-in is available, cause I just looked and I could not find a check in tab. After you pick a time, on the app do you then have to go back to the website to enter all the other information you spoke about

We will be sailing on the symphony of the seas departing June 14, 2024. check-in opens April 30, 2024 My question is when they say check-in opens April 30, 2024 does it begin at 12 midnight on that day or a specific time during the day. I would like to check in as soon as I possibly can to help insure an early boarding time. Any information will be greatly appreciate it. Also does your Tier level have any impact on boarding time or process??
