  1. Looking for information as to a good company to contact to rent a scooter (having an ankle & foot issue) to be delivered to my stateroom on the first day and then picked up at the stateroom on the last day.

  6. Just an update. The $2500.00 credit was applied to my cruise balance March 7th. That is 9days before the final payment date. Thank You Royal Carribean!
  7. My advice to you is to call the Rewards Desk and talk to them about what you want to do. When I redeemed my points for a free cruise, which amounted to $2500 off in my case of the total cruise fair, I booked directly through them. I normally book through a travel agent however, that would’ve complicated the matter.
  8. The request was submitted in November 2023, I just talk to the CRUISE rewards desk again and they assured me the credit is in process and will be applied prior to the final payment date. The final payment date is 10 days away, March 16. They told me that if it wasn’t applied by March 14 to call them back. Hopefully I won’t have to call them back. Thank you everyone for your help.
  9. I have redeemed points for a $2500.00 credit towards my cruise on the Symphony leaving June 14. Final payment is due March 16. The credit has not been applied yet. When I call the Rewards Redemption Desk they tell me it will be applied before final payment date. That is in 11 days and if not applied by 2 days before final payment date, then call back. Has anyone had any experience with this situation?

  11. Does the check-in option on the app show up when check-in is available, cause I just looked and I could not find a check in tab. After you pick a time, on the app do you then have to go back to the website to enter all the other information you spoke about

We will be sailing on the symphony of the seas departing June 14, 2024. check-in opens April 30, 2024 My question is when they say check-in opens April 30, 2024 does it begin at 12 midnight on that day or a specific time during the day. I would like to check in as soon as I possibly can to help insure an early boarding time. Any information will be greatly appreciate it. Also does your Tier level have any impact on boarding time or process??

  14. We will be sailing on the symphony of the seas on June 14, 2024. Can anyone provide any information as to what entertainment we can expect, reviews of it, what to see, and what to forget. Also, I was told the entertainment schedule would open 30 to 60 days prior to the sailing. Does anyone have any better guideline for when we can start booking the entertainment. Thank you very much.
  15. I am trying to find out when the entertainment reservation process opens for my sailing on Symphony of the Seas. My sailing date is June 14, 2024. The only information I can find is it says check back later closer to your departure date. In past experiences does anyone have any idea approximately when the entertainment booking process opens up prior to the cruise. Thank you for any Information you can provide.

  17. We will be sailing on a New England Cruise in October. Princess cruise lines does not offer an excursion to Salem. Looking for information for private cruise ship excursions that will do excellent Salem Witch Tours
