  1. UPDATE: Got $108 refund back to CC on 05/02 after sending on 05/01 what was to be (and turned out actually was) my last email about this refund request. My email noted it would be 6 months next week since my original Nov request and asked if anyone in their office wanted to meet after work for drinks to mark the anniversary. I asked if there is a TGI Friday or Senor Frogs close to their workplace. SO, either they wait for their customer to make another refund request at the 6-month mark before they process it OR my attempt at humor caught someone's attention. No way to know

FYI, since the expire date was never changed per their website, I contacted MSC 01/02/2019 regarding my VC status on the two cruises booked for later in 2019 after enjoying BLACK perks on my Seaside Nov 2018 cruise. The CSR contacted the VC folks (with whom I was not permitted to speak directly) and they promptly cancelled my original BLACK VC# and assigned me a new CLASSIC VC# w/500 points for my Seaside cruise - as if my status match never existed. The MSC staff seem to go out of their way to screw over their customers (I am still waiting, 6 months later, for a refund of the $10
