Don't worry if you don't hear from your genie until a week or two out. He will be on top of everything. Last year we did not book the Hibachi or chefs table and he made it happen, i think it is harder to get Izumi dinner reservations. Whats app works great, and the genie seems to show up exactly when you need them.

Can you help us pick our embarkation day Lunch on Symphony? Leaving soon and haven't decided. It's our 12th RCCL cruise but 2nd in suite class. We have always done the Windjammer or Solarium. Looking for something a little calmer. Is Costal Kitchen open for Lunch? Any ideas on what the Genie can do for us.

We were in a 2-bedroom Aqua suite last year on Allure. First time in Star class as well. I had the same concern as our Genie didn't email us until about two weeks out, don't worry. Jay didn't miss anything. I know they are very busy but will make your voyage amazing.
