What bad timing. If I had insurance I'd cancel and re-schedule for a couple months later. A cruise is too special to spend it on crutches or in a wheelchair.
-
No, they just want CASH.

Climbing those wet slippery rocks is just an accident waiting to happen.

You told someone you couldn't see a resemblance between you and your grandson. I see it! Look at post #209, the one with his tongue out. His eyes look like yours. ;)
-
It must be funny if he has to introduce them.
"These are my *cough* grandchildren"
-
Grandson that went with us (oldest) is 6. Granddaughter is 7 months younger than him and will turn 6 in February. Granddaughter (Kendras youngest) will be 1 next month. Another grandson will be 1 in 2 months. Grandbaby #5 due in May. I'M.GETTING.OLD! Yikes.
Just curious what your grandchildren call your husband. He's too young to be a "grandpa". :D

You must have had some stinky diapers after all that food!

You write pretty good for a little guy. :D

Looking forward to reading about the second half of your cruise!

One question, even if you do the anytime dining, do you still sit with random people or do you get a table by yourself?
You can ask for a table by yourselves but you'll probably wait longer.

On Survivor, there's a mother on the show now with her 20 year old daughter. The mother said sometimes the daughter acts like she's 30 and other times she acts like she's 10.

If you do opt for dining with your toddler, book early dining.
I was under the impression they were taking a vacation away from the toddler! :D

Your commentary is so interesting and I love the pictures!

Thanks for sharing your experience.
I'd love to try that ship next year but it only sails the Caribbean in March and April (spring break).
-
Another awesome review!
I've only sailed on Carnival. I LOVE the looks of that ship. Unfortunately, next year the Sun only sails to the Caribbean in March and April.

My niece turned 18 on October 12. Why wouldn't she want to hang out with others who are still in high school, including her cousin who is 16. Geez why would that create controversy?
It shouldn't.
I'm well into my 20's and still have fun with teenagers, and no I'm not a weirdo.

Your reviews are great! Looking forward to another one!

Did you try Bernard's Tours? He had us at Maho Beach around 1:30 and we saw planes.
-
Thanks but can you please edit out of your post the specific name? I keep my employer name quiet on these boards. Thanks. ;)
Sorry, I left the board and saw your post too late. :o

Great review! Looks like a fun cruise!

Your review was great and pictures were beautiful, and we appreciate you not taking a month to complete it. ;)

We thought the Truman House was interesting.
Key West is a fun place to walk around.
I'd rather stay on the ship in Jamaica or Belize.

Your review was interesting and amusing. I like your writing style.

Thanks for your review and the Fun Times!
How does your family handle bad news when on vacation

We've vacationed several times without even telling my grandparents we were going because they tend to be critical, tell us we could do better things with our money, etc.
However, now we feel we have to because my grandfather is upper 80's. If he would pass away and we didn't answer the phone or return calls when family notified us, there would be an uproar when we got back.
