Signe . . . Welcome to the forums! Hope that you’ll be traveling on some of our upcoming cruises and we meet you onboard!
-
I guess I should have started with “In our experiences . . . “
-
If you only drink white, the sommelier at the Chef’s Table will accommodate you with appropriate choices.
-
Welcome back Bonnie . . . your absence has been missed 😍
-
I feel lucky to have been there. It was an exceptional experience! One of the best meals I ever had on a cruise 😀

Are there shuttles running from the cruise terminal in Reykjavik to the downtown area?
-
Ski Mom 2 . . . See my post immediately before your post!

There are often cancellations closer to sail date making upgrades available. Azamara, like other cruise lines, are just covering possibilities.
-
On a recent Excursions Sale, it was specifically noted that you could not cancel and rebook at the sale price.

Had the question a while back about selecting liquor in a suite. We started in a P1 (liquor choice there also) and upgraded to a CC for the 2nd leg of our B2B. We chose Grey Goose both times, and liter bottles arrived. Signing s short piece of paper at Guest Relations and we were able to donate both to the Crew Bar, A worthwhile gesture if you have the opportunity to do it,

Here’s the link to the online Special Accommodations Form. Fill out your dietary requirements in the lower section. https://www.azamara.com/our-ships/accessible-cruising/special-accommodations-form

tgg . . . I don’t know if it’s on the web site. We were told about it while on an Azamara cruise, and when available for our next one we submitted the request. For peace-of-mind, I would give them a call for confirmation. Enjoy your upcoming cruise!

That policy has changed. Your acceptance email will have a phone # to call. The rep will then tell you specific staterooms available, you have the option of accepting or not. There’s no charge for not accepting an offer.

Denise . . . yes! We were able to apply the two FCCs given for the “inconvenience” on our “extended” South America Covid cruise to our 2022 Ancient Trade Routes. The FCCs were for 50% of the cruise fare. The other 50% was refunded 😀

Things may have changed. Below is part of our emailed FCC at the beginning of Covid. Azamara was still part of Royal then. _____________ From: Azamara <[email protected]> Date: April 17, 2020 at 6:42:41 PM EDT To: Subject: Here's your Azamara FCC Reply-To: [email protected] Dear Guest, As promised, due to the unexpected cancellation of your Azamara Pursuit March 2, 2020 cruise below is your Future Cruise Credit (FCC) to plan another cruise vacation with us. We appreciate your understanding during this very fluid situation, and we hope you'll use this credit to sail with us again soon! Booking ID Guest Name Certificate Number Certificate Amount Currency Expiration Date 3325 USD 31-Dec-21 This email is your Future Cruise Certificate so, please save it for reference when you're ready to rebook your new sailing. To redeem your FCC, please contact your Travel Advisor Here are some details and the terms & conditions of your FCCs: Valid on bookings created on or after March 6, 2020 and existing bookings not yet paid to full. Any booking made using this FCC must be used for a sailing that commences on or before December 31, 2021. If the FCC is not redeemed and sailed on or before December 31, 2021, the certificate will automatically expire and have no value.

That I knew. What I didn’t know was that those FCCs were still good. All FCCs I have ever seen had expiration dates for future bookings, and we are well past what I thought they would be. Have a good cruise!
-
You have a future cruise credit from Celebrity that Azamara is letting you use??
-
That’s not the complimentary list!
-
We have nesting hard shell bags. They fit under the beds with plenty of room to spare.
-
Can you share where you are located?
-
Hmm Azamara has never required a cruise be paid in full at time of booking, unless it is within final payment, which you have stated above was not the case. This sounds like something through a travel agency, with the payment being their requirement.
-
There’s one in every stateroom. If yours is missing, just ask your attendant.

We had two separate booking numbers for our February/March B2B on the Journey. We had a non-refundable OBC balance from the first leg that did carry over to the second leg.
-
We were on the Journey for the B2B Western Australia to Asia/Intensive Japan this past February and March. Our OBC balance from our first leg was transferred over automatically to be combined with the OBC on our second leg. Additionally, the various forms of OBC (on-board booking, early booking, B2B, excursions, and spa) were all combined and could be used for anything.

It was during our Ancient Trade Routes cruise on the Quest in October 2022.
