Hi Fellow CC'ers!

Another thread on this forum discussing cruise reviews gave me this idea.

Given that there is a lot of activity on these forums and most of the time, threads on page 1 are not there next time you check back in, perhaps we could use this thread as somewhat of an index to our past cruise reviews.

By posting some details (see a template at the end of this post) we can create an index of alot (if not all!) past and future cruise reviews. This will allow newcomers, regulars and (cruise) addicts alike to find and sift through a library of reviews quickly.

One thing that we will need to do to make this thread work is not post responses to cruise reviews here... Simply, this thread should only be used to post a small amount of information and a link. I am sure that most people have subscribed to their cruise review threads (if not, maybe this is a good idea) and receive email notifications of responses and any review related discussions can be posted there.

I was thinking we could use the following format, it is simple, straight to the point and brief. See below:

Cruise Ship: (i.e. Pacific Dawn)

Cruise Name: (i.e. Sunshine Melodies)

Date Travelled: (i.e. DD/MM/YYYY - DD/MM/YYYY)

Ports of Call/Destination(s): (i.e. Port Vila, Isle of Pines, Lifou and Suva)

Review Link: (i.e. the link to your cruise thread - you can find this by loading up your thread and using the URL in the Address Bar.)

It should be easy enough to copy the above template, post it into a reply box, remove the example information and fill in your own information.

Please, just remember ONLY post here if it is to add your own review information (so that we keep it nice and to the point).

I will email Host Walt as soon as I get a chance and hopefully we will be able to get this stickied...

Lets hope this works
