  1. I am new to Seattle, what time does HAL check in open? We have to vacate our hotel by noon.
  2. On the "2019 & 2020 HAL Alaska cruises" it shows one way cruises transporting passengers between Seattle and Alaska ports. Isn't this a violation of the "Jones Act" , that only American ships can transport passengers between American ports without going to a "far and distant port" first?
  3. Is the minibar-refrigerator setup complimentary when you book a vista suite ?
  4. Is the Pinnacle Grill open for lunch when the ship is in port ?
  5. We are new to HAL, left Princess because their ships are TOO big for us ! On the "R class ships " dining rooms, are breakfast and lunch "open seating" on both levels? For dinner, which level is reserved for traditional dining?
  6. New to HAL, Is there a time listed in the daily bulletin on embarkation day that you can meet with the Maitre'd ?
  7. In the Veendam vista suite cabins, are there any European or US electrical outlets near the bed ?
  8. We will be on the "Zaandam" in September. While in Anchorage, most of the tours come back to the ship around 730 PM, is the Lido buffet still open for the returning passengers ?
  9. We have a QB vista suite reserved on the Maasdam, the deck plan shows that it is a "connecting cabin". Will we have noise coming from the other cabin, or is the door soundproof?
  10. On the Ruby, is the Club Class dining room open for lunch on embarkation day?
  11. I would like to try HAL's Vista or Neptune suites on the Veendam or Amsterdam to Alaska. Now much noise do you hear in the cabin from Lido deck above? I have only cruised with PCL in their "Vista suites".
