Yes Royal did exactly as they are supposed to do. However I think they could show some compassion and direction in what they should do. advise them how to get in touch with medivac or how to get help in getting home. They have all that information. Im sure they felt like they were being kicked off the ship I agree with the Travel Insurance we always take it . Feel very sorry for them its a terrible experience!!

We want to go to Orient Beach and can anyone tell us if it is safe to take a taxi and will we be able to get one coming back? Which place on Orient beach is good to go to and far as food, chairs and ease of taxi to get back to the ship Thanks
