I have a multi currency pre load card for A$ US$ and GB£ that we used on the last world cruise with no issues. It has a mobile app so you can see transactions and easy top up.

Looking for suggestions for a day in New York at Xmas

I take my MacBook Air with me on the world cruise, i have several cards that i change regularly and copy the photos to my laptop and an external SSD. I have enough cards to leave the photos on them till we return home. I then back all up to 2 external HDD and then go through sorting and creating an album for the cruise plus add any pictures shared with me

We pre registered and then booked our 2023 World cruise on launch day did not get our preferred choice of cabin but the next grade up. Price going up daily and very little available.

While on Arcadia world 2020 my wife fell and broke her wrist this was frayed and put in plaster on the ship we then went to the hospital Perth were it was decided no operation needed and we got back on the ship. there was another lady that was at the hospital at the same time and they were flown home we think as they did not get back on the ship.

We were medically discharged from the ship and had to pack everything up, was contacted by P&O Australia to see if we needed accommodation or anything.

We booked QM2 world 2023 based on ports we have never been to. We did P&O 2020 and missed a lot of ports. So that swayed our decision. 

On the flyers we received it states gratuities included for all cabins on the world cruise

We have the flex plus account and took out the extra days cover and the cruise extension for our world cruise 2020. Had to claim for broken wrist which they paid out some limits on the amounts like taxis fare. The missed ports paid out no problem.

Have looked at the cover following P&O insurance email and it looks like it is more than adequate repatriation cover is £10 Million

I have a QNAP nas set up which works great I have a 2TB hard drive I take with me on holiday and transfer pictures from my cards to this drive periodically while away and then back up to my NAS when return

we are on Arcadia in 2020 for the world. Aurora has just become adult only so has not done the world before, as far as i know. Do not stay in suites so cannot help more

Yes very popular most will sail after the fireworks, lots of small boats will be in the bay as well

we just miss breakfast and go to the dinner, as stated above you do meet some interesting people and we have had a few moaners as well. Always found it interesting to see the officers switch off from normal duties.

We had officers at the lunch on Arcadia in November on the caribbean cruise

We are on this cruise Jan 2020 and you do not need Yellow fever as confirmed with our doctor and travel nurse. We are only transiting the Panama Canal and not stopping

on Friday the 11th October personaliser was taking bookings for excursions and then saying "technical fault try again later". i tried 3 times before i got the booking confirmed, then found money taken 3 times. If you have booked any excursions check your bank, customer service were not very helpful

I visit NZ most years and have never needed any visa to enter the country

Has anyone been in this cabin as on the deck plans it shows a blank space next to it?

We are on Arcadia for the 2020 cruise and have done our own visa.

when on Brittania in March we were waitlisted before the cruise and received our tickets in the cabin on arrival, we did not have any notification from P&O that a space had become available. We complained to shore excursions but was still charged, on returning home complained and got the money refunded.

when  I was looking to go by coach I found Eavesway to be the same price as Cruise Connect. Our preference is to use Eavesway as the 2 times we have had a return coach to Manchester after transatlantic the coaches were not as good, no wifi. We have booked Eavesway pick up in Bolton.

I do not know what more could have been done Captain kept everybody updated, yes toilets were an issue but was told to use your cabin. Lunch was either a barbecue or a cold buffett in the Peninsular. Staff used evac chairs to help passengers around the ship.

Sailing from Southampton did not fill in forms in November and December
