Back to Back Cruises and Covid Testing

Has anyone recently taken Back to Back cruises on Princess on the same ship, (staying in the same cabin), leaving and returning from same American Port (Los Angeles or San Francisco)?

If so, what was the Covid testing requirement between the 2 cruises?

The only info we can complete on-line is the Bed Configuration, Robes, and Preferred Language.😒

We can't get to a screen to add passports, credit cards, etc.  

If this has been answered, I apologize, but there are 3 Medallion App topics, with thousands of posts.

4 friends are traveling together (2 different cabins) and the 4 of us got together yesterday to try to download the Medallion App and complete the required entries.

We spent over 6 hours and were NOT successful.  Each of us got to a different point, but none of us were able to complete it.

We tried calling Princess and was on hold for over an hour before giving up.

Our cruise is in a few weeks, leaving on December 5, 2021

What do we do if we cannot get the Medallion to work and can't complete the required entries?

So just wanted to confirm that you were allowed to board the ship using this test

Is Mini Bar exchange for "Coffee Cards"  still an option for Elite? 

I know the coffee cards are gone, I just don't know how to refer to the mini bar exchange for coffee😄😅

If so, how does it work with Medallion?

Do you still get 30 Specialty Coffees and unlimited brewed coffees and Special Tea?

Has the  Emerald Princess been upgraded with the larger TVs and "On Demand Movies"  or is it still on a loop with 3 different genres?

If you really use them, then ask your steward for a second upgraded toiletries package.  We are both Elite, and our Steward has always given us a second one upon request.

I have done both LA and SFO r/t to Hawaii several times each and LOVED all of them all

If you haven't sailed beneath the Golden Gate Bridge, then I would definitely go r/t from San Francisco. I love being on the top deck when we go beneath the GGB, feeling like you could almost reach up and touch it.

you take the train from civitavecchia to either marina di cerveteri (20 minutes, €2,10) or ladispoli-cerveteri (25 minutes, €2,60),. From either station you can get a seatour bus to piazza aldo moro in centro cerveteri.

 

trains that stop at one of these stations do not stop at the other.

 

From the ladispoli-cerveteri station you can take bus #23, from marina di cerveteri you can take #25 (the bus schedule calls it stazione cerenova, just to confuse things a tad).

the museum is just across the street and up a short flight of stairs from the bus stop.

you can take a bus to the necropolis from piazza moro or walk (about a half mile) to the necropolis.
