I found a small price drop on an upcoming cruise. We are past final payment, but I called C&A expecting to get an OBC for the amount of the price drop, as we have done in the past. I was told that since this cruise wasn't booked while "cruise with confidence" was still in effect, there is no adjustment or OBC if there's a price drop after final payment. Is the new and I missed it?

We booked the Oasis for an upcoming trip with kids and grandkids. If you've cruised recently with littles, can you tell me what the activities and sign up process was for toddlers and preschoolers? Also cost, if there is one... Our littles will be 20 months, 26 months, and 4 1/2. Thanks!
