  1. You may ask your agent to process your credit card directly with the cruise supplier and their is no fee. The credit transaction does not typically go through the agent, fyi.
  2. Crystal is not paying commission on cancelled cruise that are being refunded. This is true whether the cruise is cancelled by Cystal or the Guest.
  3. October 2020 Endeavor Cancelled on April 4—still no refund. Today is day 101. Has anyone received a refund from Crystal for Covid 19 cancellation?
  4. Crystal is now going over 90 days and I am getting concerned. Any thoughts on how much longer it can take for a refund? Cancelled March 4 and today is 90 days out.
