For what it is worth, I think the food on NCL has improved. There is always something on the menu both appetiser and main that I like, which sometimes on other lines I have struggled with. Princess is slightly superior in the main dining room, having said that I had my best ever Speciality food in Curtis Stone on the Ruby last year, it was absolutely fantastic.

Not that deep only very rarely.
