I received a full refund for the cruise less the travel vouchers from AAA. I also received a FCC for the value of the cruise. I also received a refund for the excursions I had on the land and cruise portions of my trip.

Just found the refund on my cc statement. Now all I need is to get my travel vouchers from AAA back! Chris

I saw my TA yesterday and she didn’t know when the credit would be issued! I did talk to HAL and they said it had been issued already! I saw a future cruise credit on my profile today. Just for the cruise portion of my Cruise tour. I guess that is better than just a refund. I’ll keep you posted as to when the refund shows up. Chris

I'm going in to see my TA on Monday I'll ask then. It took 8 weeks for Norwegian to refund me this Jan.

Just confirmed with my TA Definitely canceled. 😡

Maybe there is still hope then but i'm doubtful.

They canceled the entire Cruise Tour!

Going to Anchorage on the 10th joining the Zuiderdam on the 20th. Still have not received anything from HAL but they have been sending update to my TA. She won’t be back in the office until Monday. I am not Happy🤬

I received an email from HAL Shore excursions that a wait listed shore excursion was now available.When I called in to book it the 1st agent put me on hold and then hung up. When I called back they told me my cruise was cancelled! I’m still on the phone trying to get a direct answer from someone at HAL. Has this happened to anyone else? Chris

Yes we have 10 days land then board Zuiderdam at Skagway on the 20th thru the 24th.

I'm still not seeing any cruise that start in August?

Where is the “sold out” icon on the website.

We are scheduled to fly into Anchorage on the 10th of Aug. I cannot find any cruises on the Zuiderdam after Aug 10th. I keep reading about HAL cancelling cruise tours at the last minute and I’m getting worried. Do I have a reason to be? Chris

Thanks I am just seeing the problems here on the board. This is the second Alaska cruise we have tried to take. Really looking forward to it. Chris
