  1. My March 05 sailing on Symphony still shows Labadee as well. I am hoping to hear something soon as I have paid for a cabana at Nellies Beach. I would rather know of a change sooner rather than later so I can start planning excursions for other places.
  2. I was on this sailing. VERY crowded. It was impossible to get near the Hot tubs. I was rather disappointed that Freedom was that crowded yet the Mariner that had the same itinerary ( Except from Port Canaveral instead of Miami) only had 1500. Had I known in advance that Freedom would be that crowded I would have chosen the Mariner. And to make things worse we shared Coco Cay with with Allure ( Who only had 2700 on board) and the pool was wall to wall people without any seating Good thing we got off the ship early and found the deck chairs we wanted. There was no waiting in the dining room for my time dining and I was usually able to find a seat at the pub or the schooner bar. But the pools - not so much ( unless you go early). I did not see chair hogs. Lots of people on the pool decks in chairs.
  3. We bought the Binex now at home tests from optimum. I can get tested at my drs office but the hubs does not do the rapid test. Our CVS locations do not have the rapid tests. I would have to drive 50 miles to get one. As far as I have seen Royal is now says 2 days or 48 hours before sail day. Not three. ( But kids between the ages of 2-11 can do it 3 days) It was changed a few weeks ago. This is from from the Royal website: Required Testing for All Guests Sailing From U.S. Homeports All Guests: Required Pre-Cruise Testing Before boarding day, you’ll need to take a COVID-19 test on your own, at your own expense. Vaccinated guests age 12 and older must show a negative COVID-19 test result for a PCR or antigen test taken no more than 2 days before boarding day. Unvaccinated kids age 2 to 11 must show a negative test result for a PCR or antigen test taken no more than 3 days before boarding day. Kids’ pre-cruise test cannot be taken on boarding day, because that may affect the sample taken during the kids’ test at the terminal. Guests under 2 years of age do not need to complete a pre-cruise test. Kids Age 2-11: Additional Complimentary Testing In addition to the pre-cruise test, kids will take one or two more tests, depending on the length of the cruise. Royal Caribbean’s test provider will administer these, at no cost to our guests. On boarding day, kids will take a complimentary rapid PCR test during check-in at the terminal. We’ll send registration details via email before departure. For cruises that are 5 nights or longer, kids will take a complimentary antigen test onboard before the cruise ends. Vaccinated guests who require a COVID-19 test for re-entry into their country may receive one onboard as well. Guests will be notified onboard about how to register for this test. Guests Under the Age of 2 Guests under the age of 2 have no testing requirements. NOTE: Sailings longer than 10 nights may have additional onboard testing requirements
  4. Is anyone having issues with the cruise planner? I logged in today for my March 5 2022 Symphony cruise and it shows a huge OBC amount and refunds for my drink package, nellies cabana and my internet package. I bought the drink package at 49.99 and nellies cabana at 388.00 Much higher now. I am on the phone with customer service and they have no idea about this.
  5. Flying home at 3 from Ft Lauderdale airport and we arrive at the port of Miami at 6 am. Hoping to get the latest spot off the ship but I have zero ideas what to do for the hours I have between arrival and time I need to be at the airport.
  6. They also had the Kummelweck at Cafe Two70 on Quantum Class. I had a few on the Anthem back in 2019
  7. I recently bought one of those hair dryer blow out brushes. Has anyone used one of these on their last cruise? Dries and straightens my hair quick and will eliminate the need for a straightener and a curling iron. the hair dryers in the cabins on Royal Caribbean are horrid.
  8. 1. Symphony of the Seas March 2021 2. Symphony of the Seas March 2021 3. Symphony of the Seas March 2021 Still working and running a business so we tend to only cruise once a year. Not sure we will ever retire. We work with the hubbys parents that are in their 70's and 80's and they still work every day so we plan to do the same. Our home is next to our business so no commute either. We were supposed to go on Lady O back in April to celebrate my hubbys 50th birthday. Oh well! I am hoping that things start moving again soon but at a smaller capacity.
  9. Email I received last week.. My cruise was supposed to be 4/26 on oasis. Dear Guest, We know you’re patiently waiting for your Future Cruise Credit and Cruise Planner Onboard Credit to plan your next getaway with us, once we return to service. When we announced the new Cruise Planner Onboard Credit offer, we had no idea it would be so popular. Due to the large volume of credits requested, we are delayed and need a little more time to tie up some loose ends and you’ll have both your Future Cruise Credit and your Cruise Planner Onboard Credit in your email inbox! We’re terribly sorry for the delay, but promise we’re working around the clock to get these to you! You can expect to receive your credits by May 15th, 2020.
  10. I have not recieved anything - POrt Fees and taxes or my FCC for my Cancelled April 26th on Oasis. Nothing on the refund of my Cruise planner stuff
  11. Watching Symphony Oct 31. I have never cruised that TIme of year. Waiting to book until closer this time
  12. I called and was told I would be able to use my OBC ( that I have redeemed) towards a future cruise.
  13. I was on anthem last March and had a different table and waiter every night. And they seemed disinterested in being there. First time I have ever had that issue. Previous cruises with MTD were excellent and had the same wait staff each time.
  14. Cruise Anthem last year mid march. the first 2 days were rather cold. Pool water was warm.
  15. Also in a CP end of April. If you can let us know how the pub singer is. One of my favorite things on my first few cruises and my last one was sitting in the pub and listening to the singers. Scottish singer last year on Anthem was amazing.
  16. I booked my bungalow under my name. Will I get wristbands for the rest of my party?
  17. Can't wait to follow along! I am going on Oasis end of April. Same itinerary but flipped. St Martin, PR and Labadee
  18. Pub bartender on Anthem turned me on to Orange Vodka, St Germaine and a splash of Ginger Ale.
  19. Very excited. I snagged one for $185.00 during black friday for my upcoming trip on Oasis...
