Can someone comment on the pre Tokyo tour. We have a 3 day coming up in October and would be most interested in any suggestions.

Would appreciate any and all information on the SG Arrival Card for our upcoming trip to Singapore. Does Regent provide information and help? Has anyone arrived without its completion and what happened next.

To those that got their QR Codes in advance, How long in advance of flying can you apply for the Code? How difficult to get the code, and how costly? Mrlevin, How did you get through immigration and customs without QR codes in advance?

We will be disembarking in Fusina on a future cruise Athens to Venice and have a few questions for someone who has had this experience. What is the nearest airport to fly back to the U.S.? Fastest way, and how long to get to the airport? Approximate cost of transport if known? Can someone recommend a reliable car service, or is it best to use Regent Transport this time. Any and all comments about this experience would be appreciated.

We will be boarding the Grandeur in a few weeks. Hoping someone can spell out the steps involved in connecting our i-phone to the ships wi-fi so as to avoid high charges from Verizon. If I remember correctly in the past the first step was to turn on airplane mode. Would appreciate all following steps to be automatically connected when returning from excursions.

I think they need the category of cabin to answer your question. On the Explorer and Splendor Categories on those ships the connecting door is in the entrance foyer. I would assume on the Grandeur it would be the same in the corresponding category.

Hi Portolan, I am familiar with booking an excursion on line when they open for booking. Can you please explain how one books on line two excursions, one for the day and one for the night, on an overnight stop over. Does the web sight allow you to book two excursions for the same day for two persons, or do you have to call Regent to accomplish this. Your expertise would be appreciated.

Hi briar14, Seems to me you should not be hearing voices in any part of the suite. As a light sleeper I would like to hear comments from others regarding noise coming through the walls in the bedroom.

Hello Mike Moore, We are hoping that you might comment on the sound coming from adjacent cabins directly through the walls. This has never been problem on Splendor or Explorer.The complaints above are too numerous to dismiss. Please give us your input on this possibly serious problem.

Hi Brewgator, We would appreciate all information on how you found your guide to show you Tokyo. Who selects the points of interest ,and what about dining? Perhaps you can give us a more detailed summary after your excursions. We are booked for later in 2024, and your details would help us and many others.

Hoping that Regent will take note of all the unflattering comments about the pre cruise hotel and tours prior to our trip in 2024. I would love for all of you that have expressed your displeasure to make positive practical suggestions on how Regent could improve the pre cruise Vibrant Tokyo tour. Would two hotel locations help? Would better tour operators help? Would the inclusion of a dinner or lunch help? I will bet that someone like Mike Moore would appreciate your input.

Many thanks Labonnevie for your comments about the chinese and japanese restaurants at the Hilton.Just wondering if any posters have found a nearby restaurant not to be missed when at the Hilton. We will be taking this trip on the Explorer later next year. I have found that there seems to be half days free when taking Regent's four day pre cruise "Vibrant Tokyo". Has anyone found a local tour Guide or tour operator that would provide a roughly four hour tour of the places Regent misses on its tour. Really surprised that there are no meals provided, other than Breakfast, on Vibrant Tokyo. Any and all suggestions would be appreciated.
