  1. From what I've been reading there is definitely more than one dolphin swim opportunity in Cozumel. Reviews vary. I'd suggest researching it further before deciding. I am aware of 2 so far: Dolphin Discovery, and Dolphinia Diane
  2. any recommendations for Athen tour guides? Tried looking on CC but haven't found any yet.... thanks for any help. diane
  3. thanks so much for all those people who commented on making a 10:30 flight after docking in Barcelona. You helped me have one less thing to worry about. :-) diane
  4. We stayed there in 2007. Loved the location. Can walk to so much. Thankfully my TA suggested we take a water taxi from the airport to the hotel which was WELL worth it. Our initial room was SO tiny you could hardly walk in the room. TA helped arrange a large room when we got back which was much better. enjoy Venice!!! Diane
  5. I wouldn't take any cruise on NCL even at a reduced price compared to RCI. I am so easy to please with food if I'm not making it and thought the food was the poorest of any cruise I've been on. Not impressed. According to my TA NCL is NOT one of the better cruise lines. RCI is. Diane
  6. My husband and I are doing the same as you- coming in a few days early to see Barcelona. My travel agent, who is quite knowledgable, recommended we stay in the Las Ramblas area...close to the port. Prices seem high to me and vary widely. Diane
  7. I have never done a private tour before. Sharing with others would not only make it less expensive but more interesting. This is my question: if we agree to join other people on a tour they already reserved how do we know thet won't replace us with other people they may meet on board? How are these agreements worked out? thanks for any help you can offer, diane
