  1. That is awesome. I would love to run into one of my waiters again, that would be hysterical if they remembered my name. I have heard of this happening before though. Do these waiters take ginkoba or one of those supplements to improve memory? Geesh!

My family is going to be back on the Glory in 9 days. We were on her in October. We are going to request the same wait staff if they are still on the ship. They were great and even brought my rather shy 14 (now 15) year old son out of his shell and had him up and dancing with them at one point. The staff on Carnival's ships makes Carnival fun!

  2. I'm sure this question has been answered somewhere here before, but I'm trying to determine whether it is best to book my balcony cabin on the starboard or port side for better views and picture taking opportunities. I've read starboard is better but the Carnival woman I booked with indicated port side. I figured all of you would be the best help from personal experience. We are sailing the Southern Caribbean in May and can't wait!

We did this cruise back in August and had a starboard side balcony room. From what I remember, we were satisfied with our views in all the ports. You might not be on the "city" side always, but the view in the Caribbean is great from all directions!
