  1. Any new guidance on Royal Up when booked under cruise with confidence? Any way to combine two booked rooms into a larger suite?
  2. For our sailing (Oct 17) we are now going to Coco Cay, Cozumel, and to Costa Maya. These replace Labadee, Nassau, and Falmouth.
  3. I just made it through this whole thread to prepare for our first haven experience. We are quite excited! I know that the premium plus beverage package would get us the specialty coffees, but what about the haven restaurant or room service? Are there any lattes with flavoring included in these venues? And what about “boozy” coffees as she would describe them? We are unlikely to upgrade from the standard beverage package but are weighing our options. thanks in advance
  4. We did a culinary walking tour that was a blast! We ate and shopped like locals, but with a tour guide that knew the whole town. It was not a rigorous walk, but was a very hot day.
  5. Thank you! Exactly what I was hoping to see. However, I am only seeing pictures instead of text. Was that lost during a forum “upgrade”?
  6. Hi all, I have tried my best to search for trip reports on here (the good kinds—with pictures that make you really want to go.) I have come up short when it comes to New England and Bermuda cruises. We are specifically looking to book with NCL on either of these itineraries for next fall. We have only done Caribbean cruises so far, and I have a feeling these would be much different! Please let me know if you have any links for good options. I’m looking forward to at least daydreaming!
  7. Is there a list somewhere of which ships can hold 5 in a balcony? I have searched high and low. We have two connecting rooms on Independence booked for our first trip with the kiddos, but all being in the same room would open up things for us moving forward.
  8. It’s hard to imagine a dramatic increase in cleaning responsibilities, increased level of service at the buffet, etc. corresponding with a decrease in number of crew on board. Sent from my iPhone using Forums
  9. Please also note that when my CN certificates were redeposited in my account they didn’t actually extend the expiration date. Looks like I will have to call again 🤦‍♂️ Sent from my iPhone using Forums

  11. You can also put that money aside and on the chance that things are looking better, the cruise sails, and flight prices are reasonable, you can rebook for less money! I’m with you though. We have had to cancel our big Europe trip we had planned in May. I keep watching the boards hoping you guys will start seeing some price drops... Sent from my iPhone using Forums
  12. Since this is when we normally cruise, despite hurricane season, I have been very disappointed in this as well. We are hopeful things will be switched around to give more options than the sky. Our last ncl was on escape so I am afraid we would be disappointed. Sent from my iPhone using Forums
  13. Hi all, I just got off the phone with NCL. We had to cancel a cruise we had reserved for the beginning of next year (work reasons, not COVID-19!). Just wanted to pass on a positive experience. I had no wait time to speak with a representative, and my cruise next certificates are being extended to Oct 2022 instead of expiring next year! Grateful that I had great service from a courteous rep, and will be much more likely to be booking with NCL (as soon as we can find a good deal). Sent from my iPhone using Forums
