I rarely saw our butler. The rest of the experience was so wonderful that I didn't want to be a complainer. However, on the last day, I mentioned this to our Concierge who had been exceptional. He assured me that I should have brought this to his attention right away. He explained that they were a team and this could have and should have been handled. He also explained that our aft facing suites had dedicated Butlers, so the distance from the actual Haven was not the issue. In retrospect, I sure wish I had been proactive.
