  1. Thanks Sidari, this is what I needed to know! I appreciate it!
  2. Thank you! We’ll be on the Seaside. I just wanted to make sure it wasn’t something I needed to race to get done as soon as we are onboard.
  3. Do you have to go to one of the specialty restaurants as soon as you board to make the reservation for the free dinner?
  4. Lol! That’s why I asked 😂Good to hear! Thanks again!
  5. Thank you! Did you have any trouble using your key cards?
  6. I’m an agent so I added them via MSC’s agent site to my booking. But you can call and have it done. 😊
  7. Do you HAVE to put cash on your account if you want to do a cash account? We have prepaid our tips and have drink packages. We also have some on board credit so we don’t actually plan to have any expenses while onboard.
  8. I sure hope this is true. I’ll find out in just over two weeks.
  9. This is actually what concerns me the most because according to the new menus/prices there is no longer any real champagne that is covered under the old deluxe or the new premium package.
  10. MSC has conflicting information (shocker) on their website, some of their info says the Premium Package is drinks up to $12 (https://www.msccruisesusa.com/en-us/Assets/All_Inclusive_Drink_Package_Comparison_Guide_update11192018.pdf) and then other information says the same package has a limit of only $10 per drink (https://www.msccruisesusa.com/en-us/Assets/MSC-18-095 Drinks On Us flyer_new_update11152018_2.pdf). Both of these are from the USA website. So which is it in the Caribbean $10 or $12 per drink for the Premium package? I have seen ppl reporting up to $10 which is not accurate according to some of MSC's info.
  11. I will def be waiting to see what happens and how it works out for you Jess!
  12. I agree, the non answer part is indicative of a bad thing IMO lol
  13. Are you referring to taking a copy the old comparison chart or something different?
  14. Still the question of higher priced drinks looms. I have seen the new menu prices on the seaside and while yes the $12 limit would cover most of them it doesn't cover as much as the Deluxe covered on the old menus. I don't think many of the reps at MSC know their a** from a hole in the ground sadly.
  15. P+ is listed on other sailings on our ship the Seaside just not on my specific sailing in a little over two weeks and I know for a fact they do have minibars in the cabins bc I have been on her before. The email response I got just said I would get what I paid for, which still doesn't answer the question about the fact that drink prices have increased so will I really get what I paid for at the time I paid for it?! So confusing, not to mention annoying. And if they say we are Premium now that IS a downgrade bc drink limits went from $13 $12 along with eliminating the minibar and gelato.
