  1. I have cancelled our cruise and have received 100% of the money, including the cost of insurance, about 2 weeks later.
  2. I sent the cancellation request to Viking and within the hour I received a email from them confirming that I would receive a 100% refund.
  3. I just got off the phone with Viking. The rep told me she just received an e-mail that said we would get 100% of funds paid, including insurance. I sent the necessary email to Viking -- we shall see !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  4. Robert, was this in response to a email or a phone call to Viking?
  5. It will interesting to see what Viking does. If they off a refund would that include the amount paid for insurance? What incentive would they offer to entice you to rebook? We shall see!!!
