  1. I hope you can keep people out of my chair until I board on Saturday!
  2. I'm sorry, I was on the balcony petting my emotional support service skunk.
  3. DH and I love to explore the ship. If the door isn't marked KEEP OUT, he's going to see what's behind it.
  4. I'm on the Bliss out of Miami in 10 days and there is still no terminal on my edocs. I read a suggestion on another thread to keep checking to see if it is added before the cruise. Nothing yet. Going to be an interesting embarkation.
  5. I'll be on the Bliss in less than 2 weeks. I've been on the Escape and also RCL's Oasis class ships. I really appreciate the heads up and tips here and if the wait times are too long, I can always take the stairs a few floors (we're on 12). Gotta walk off all the food and drinks anyway!
  6. I have used both the folding cubes and the packing cubes. With so many people and only 1 shelf for each, I agree that the packing cubes would be a better choice. They can be stacked on each other so that each shelf holds multiple cubes and it will also help with keeping clothing sorted rather than having to dig through one or two folding storage cube with everything mixed together.
  7. Love this thread! Last cruise on the Escape, we went to the buffet for breakfast every morning and picked up mimosas and had Bailey's added to our coffee. You can't drink all day if you don't start in the morning.;p;p
  8. I purchased some silicone straws for our next cruise. They are easily foldable for carrying around in a plastic bag in your pocket for if/when you need them. I reckon I can also shorten them easily with a pair of scissors if they threaten to tip my drink over. They also came with a brush to clean them.
  9. I agree with what others have said about it not being worth saving $60 but to me, it would also depend on the length of the flight to get to LAX. If it's a longer flight to get there, would you rather spend the better part of the night cramped trying to sleep on the airplane (8:30 am arrival) or perhaps try to find something more comfortable at/near LAX to catch a few hours sleep (12:25 am arrival)? The Hilton LAX lobby sounds like the way to go if that is the case.
  10. Now my next question is how do I add a baby flask as a 3rd guest in my cabin? Where can I get a passport for a baby flask? Oh heck, nevermind...I have the drink package! :D
  11. I would have started singing along with him. My voice is so bad that he'd be begging me to stop after the first verse.
  12. Ummm, ma'am? Why do you need so many tampons and hairbrushes for a 7 night cruise? ;p
  13. Does that come in the 1.75 liter size as well? You know, "family" size? :'):'):')
  14. I bought some great magnets for our last cruise from Amazon. They easily held wet bathing suits without sliding down the wall. I can't say if they actually held 18 lbs but they held very well. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B018LEN67U/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1 This hanging organizer was great for shoes and other little things: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001QMMUJ0/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1
