on our Vista cruise last January we asked the room stewards to remove soda cans and replace them with small bottles of Perrier in our refrigerator. At dinner and lunch we requested Perrier rather than water to pour. This was before SM.We booked the cruise before they implemented SM.

We did a 7 day cruise on the Windsong in 1993. First time in Tahiti. Fantastic only 110 passengers and men wore sport jackets to dinner every evening. We tendered on a Motu for lunch and the captain set all the sails up and cruised so we all could take pictures with our cameras as she sailed around. No cell phones LOL

Oceania Car Service to Airport from Tokyo Cruise Port
Acrusa replied to ronrick1943's topic in Oceania Cruises
it's not Oceania who books the car it is the tour company that does it. They have a few car service they use. We did the same thing in Beijing about 10 yrs ago worked great -
We have been sailing Oceania past 15 years In 2014 we cruised from Papetti to Sydney and Nuku Hiva was a fantastic tour by 4x4 jeeps don't miss it

The Intercontinental does not offer a day room rate anymore. We had one in 2017 but for our upcoming cruise in January they offer a Lotus pool package with lunch from 10 am to 5 pm I think they let you use the spa to shower and change but not sure

Oceania Car Service to Airport from Tokyo Cruise Port
Acrusa replied to ronrick1943's topic in Oceania Cruises
We used Oceania private . car service in Miami to airport was $200.00 We had left over shipboard credit so it was either use it or loose it. -
We are sailing on our 15th cruise this January and we are now gold $400.00 SBC per cabin still don't see advantage We are on SM for this cruise. The cruise before SM we had $500.00 sbc for booking on board and another $500.00 promo and $250.00 for being silver. We used those credits for wine bottle purchase and a few excursions and got a $600.00 pp credit for booking our own air.

Think you might be better off in Long Beach. More choices and not too far to port.
-
We requested the small bottles of Perrier replace all the cans of soda in our cabin fridge and replenish every day. The room stewards are. very accommodating
-
The OP is talking about a pre cruise ship excursion. For peace of mind the excursion will arrive at the cruise port on time and know the ship will not leave without them. That's worth the price.
-
I would think Oceania would offer a post cruise excursion in Sydney that you can take
-
We have done pre and post excursion with O in the last 15 years You should look up cruises that O is doing in 2024 and 2025 to Cape Town they will list all the pre and post excursions with prices
