  1. Received our refund today for Grand Princess 4/20 cruise cancelled in Phase 1 We chose option 2 on March 13th Received FFC on April 23 Full refund dated May 21 posted to our cc today. Good luck everyone.

  3. Received our refund today. We chose Option 2 on March 13th Grand Princess Hawaii cruise 4/20 FFC received 4/23 Full refund including port fees and Princess insurance dated 5/21 posted to our cc today.

  5. Just received our refund today. We chose Option 2 on March 13th. Grand Princess Hawaii April 20 cruise FFC in Captain Circle Account 4/23 Full Refund including insurance and port fees dated 5/21 appeared in cc account today.
  6. We were to be on the April 20 sailing to Hawaii (returning to SF on May 5). Princess cancelled that cruise on March 12 ( the initial 60 day pause). We completed the form requesting Option 2 full refund and have confirmation dated March 13. To date we have not received our refund. So they are not issuing refunds based on sailing date unless sailing date means the date the cruise ended.
  7. We were on the April 20 sailing from San Francisco. We chose option 2 on March 13th. Just received our future cruise credits in our account this morning. Exactly 25% of cruise fare. No refund yet on credit card.
  8. Replying to Cruise Raider and racj846 It is possible to use the same email address for both husband and wife. My husband and I use the same email address. Our profiles on princess each show that email address. We each have a different password to access our own information when logging into the Princess website.
  9. My booking dropped off yesterday. When I log in and click on Booked Guests it says I have no booking. However if I use the log in box that takes you directly to your booking using my name, email, birth date AND booking number it shows me my booking in Cruise Personalizer. I keep checking for a refund but nothing yet. So my booking has not completely disappeared. I assume and hope the change in booking status means they are working on the refund.
  10. Thanks for posting the link to the youtube video. I listened to the video a couple of times and did not hear Jan Schwartz say they hoped all the refunds would be processed by June. Did she say that in a different video??
