  1. I board Sept 3 and we don't get to Bermuda for 5 days. I was hoping for the need to test to change but it looks like it will not. I am expecting a lot of waiting.
  2. We got dropped off two times, both were at a park right by the colosseum. Plenty of cabs near by and you don't have to worry about getting stuck in traffic.
  3. I usually disembark in the first "carry your own bag" group. However, this time I am waiting for someone who has to check out with crew so I will need to kill time before getting off. I won't be one of those that hold anyone up, by staying late in my cabin or hiding. I know some of the bars and restaurant serve breakfast and cocktails but I've never been on board to know which one. Anyone have any experience with this? Anything but the buffet, try to never eat there.
  4. The cruise I am testing for is before Aug 3rd, I am taking a PCR Test at CVS so am I correct in saying If I board on August 29th Monday I can take my PCR test Friday the 26th or Sat the 27th?
  5. I've was on the Epic in Europe one Halloween. Some people dressed up, but not many. I think it would be preference and also, where are you cruising. It may be more popular in some places.
  6. Smoking bans need to include Vaping. This is just as offensive and people think no one notices. Saw someone at in a store at the mall openly vaping. It is disgusting.
  7. I cruise solo often. You can go to the MDR and request to sit alone. They sometimes offer to put you at a table with others. I have always declined. I will be on the Getaway early September solo and will have be dining in a specialty dining room solo, so I will report back if there are any issues.
  8. The NCL site says you have to either have a vaccine or a negative covid test within 2 days. Bermuda site says PCR test within 4 days. To me this means that since we have the vax we can test 4 days before for Bermuda. But to be cautious I chatted with NCL and they said no, you have to test 2 days before. This is difficult due to travel. Anyone had any personal experience with this?
  9. I really hope they have Diet Coke. So many people try to give you Coke Zero when you order Diet Coke and it is not the same. Hopefully they will have both.
  10. Dueling Pianos is first come first served. I usually go about 10 minutes before they start. If you cannot get a seat you can come back later or stand at the bar.
  11. I hope this is true! I love NCL but this Pepsi thing has been a real issue. I would be so happy if get on board in September and I can have a Jack and Diet Coke.
  12. Main dining room usually $5 and specialty restaurant at least $10.
  13. Just found out my Bermuda cruise is going to overnight in Port Canaveral. This was unexpected but I have many friends in the area and was wondering if there was any need to return to the ship at any point of if I could get off in the afternoon and return the next evening?
  14. I'm going on a cruise this summer that stops in Bermuda after 5 days at sea. I've been told that we have to test again on the ship 2 days before we get to Bermuda. Has anyone experienced this? I will be on NCL on a large ship and it seems like it would take a really long time and be very frustrating experience. Also, if I do not plan to get off the ship in Bermuda, do I have to test? I've been before and not to excited about anything there, so I would love to just enjoy the ship.
  15. I fully understand that no one can know this for sure, so I do not need to be told that 100 times, but I am wondering in anyone's personal experience how close to the cruise it the single supplement reduced? I'm sure it has to do with the bookings, but was wondering if anyone noticed a trend?
