  13. I just rec'd an email from PLC announcing tours for the Sky visit on April 28 in Germany. This delay was caused by a change in the arrival port. Problem is their web site does not list the tours which they just announced. It concerns me they PCL does not have their act together. This was added to the Roll Call.
