I have reinstalled the mobile app about a dozen times and it still does not work, I have also been in contact with Celebrity and they have not been able to sort out the issue either. I keep getting a message sayin "Sorry we hit a snag" is anyone else having a problem like this. I am not sure if I am trying to use it too early as I don't sail until March but I don't seem to have a problem when using my laptop.

Hi, I have been having the same problem for months but the other way around I can do anything I want on my laptop but cannot sign in on my phone, I did contact Celebrity they just told me to reinstall the app after 12 attempts I gave up.

Hi I have reinstalled it at least a dozen times on my phone and on my husbands and it doesnt work on either nor my tablet but I can do basic bookings on my laptop. I used it perfectly fine on my last cruise so I have no idea why its not working I just an error box.

Hi, The app show's my sailing, cabin number etc and tells me that check in opens in January but I can't click on anything else it comes up as error that's why I wondering if it's too early to use. I wanted to book a specialty restaurant but I managed to do that on my laptop as I seem to be able to access more on that than the app.

I agree I do not smoke and have nothing against smokers but I just don't like inside. When we were walking through the ship we could smell it by the casino and we were surprised that Princess allowed it.

HI, We have just come back from 2 weeks in the Caribbean on Emerald Princess our 1st Princess cruise, we were not impressed. I have to say it was okay the food was mediocre, the buffet was good for breakfast not much else. I think we had a refurbished cabin as it looked brand new. I agree what others has said its nice to have the laundry and the cruise was not expensive and it was going for 14 nights which is great if flying from the UK, but I do not like the smoking in the casino the smell was awful. I cannot fault the staff they worked extremely hard but if I a choice it would be Celebrity.

We went on the ferry to pointe du bout and it was $8 each return.

Hi, I have sailed with P&O a few years ago and on formal nights everyone looked amazing all dressed up, do people still do this or have times changed. Has anyone got any pictures of what they do wear.

We were in Aruba a few weeks ago and normally we get the local bus but this time we had a taxi (party bus) $5 and it dropped us by the Rui Palace. We asked the price of 1 umberella and 2 beds and they wanted $75, we decided to walk abit further up the beach and found Marcels Watersports and was met by Sandra and we had beds under a palm tree for $10 she also told us where to get good food and cocktails.

Hi, I don't know if anyone can help but our Virgin flight was cancelled form Miami to Heathrow on Friday 17th March. We booked our own hotels and eventually got new flights booked for the following day but I am just wondering if anyone knows why the flight was cancelled and what happened to the flight that supposedly left Heathrow on Friday morning. I do know that friends of mine had problems in Dublin and Amsterdam airports with delayed and cancelled flights. Any information would be great.

I don't think so, the last 4 cruises we have do with celebrity to Asia and the Caribbean we have booked balconies for all of us (through a travel agent)as the drinks were included and other offers at that time. She only had the one package and always gave the room steward extra as we all did and she always pay double occupancey thats her choice. We are cruising again in march but this time we have paid per day for drinks, wifi and tips which were separate. I just look for whatever offers are on the time.

We have sailed with Celebrity many times and my sister in law is a solo traveller and has only ever booked a balcony she pays for double occupancy minus the tax and has only ever paid for 1 drinks, wifi and tips package.
