  1. The reservations finally opened at the 46 day mark for our Jan 11th cruise. 🙂
  2. Thank you all for your advice...very appreciated. We will take a chance and wait. If we can get a small saving then we will book onboard and hopefully meet wonderful people. If not, we will still be on a cruise and regardless where we eat, it is still my kind of therapy: sun & sea
  3. If the difference was just a few dollars, I totally agree and I wouldn't not think twice and pre-book. We did the Chef's table in Jan and had a great time. However the cost at this time per person is $130 CDN so even if by waiting we get 20% off for example then saving $52.00 is worth my time. Happy cruising to all 🙂
  4. We are on the Symphony after our Explorer. Just checked our cruise planner and like Bob said, no Chef's table
  5. I cannot quite make up my mind. I had my fingers crossed that Black Friday or Cyber Monday would bring a reduction on the Chef Table but no deal. So should we purchase prior to the cruise or is there a chance for us to get a deal once we board? We are willing to go the 1st night or is the Chef Table just impossible to get a deal. It is for our 5 night Explorer cruise in Jan.
  6. Entertainment booked finally for our Symphony cruise Jan 11th 😀
  7. Good grief...book on the ship 😲. That could absolutely nuts... worth getting the drink package just for the wait in line...😜 Wondering, with the Royal app once onboard, can we book shows? This may much easier and more vacation oriented(relaxing) 😎
  8. We are at 75 days out for our Symphony in January and still no entertainment yet. Looking forward to booking 🙂
  9. @dahudson We ended up cancelling the Edge cruise to go on the Harmony. Hope you find someone who did cruise in that cabin. Happy crusin
  10. No shows yet for the Symphony Jan 11th 2020 yet. We are at 89 days prior to the cruise today
  11. Thanks 😃 Saved $216 CDN on our Odyssey cruise Jan2021
  12. Definitely agree with vanman- 45 minutes The roadwork is amazing and a labyrinth even for the locals. Uber is an option other than taxis. You can hire a limo which is another option.
  13. Pretty proud of Wendy as she is from my birthplace☺️. Grew up in Sept-iles (seven islands....there are really 7 islands in the bay of the St Lawrence). Only wish we could cruise with Virgin but the prices are too steep for our budget.
  14. Definitely the 12:10 PM flight out of Miami if the cost difference is minimal. We will be on the Symphony next Jan and we plan to take the 11:50 flight out of Miami. Not worth the trouble of getting to FLL as the cost at this time is $9 per person more to fly out of Miami.
