  1. It's actually very important to stick to the foods on the protocol list. You and your mom should actually read "Pounds and Inches" by Dr. Simeon's. It's all about the diet and in my opinion, no one should attempt this diet without first reading this. You can find a pdf version by googling. :)
  2. Andari was great! She is super attentive and she really did a great job. The waiters will be up and down all the aisles so you will be able to see very well when they start the dances. Also...during the evening they close the curtains in the dining room so a window seat may or may not be beneficial...but all you have to do is ask and I'm sure they will accommodate you the best they can!
  3. Was on the Ecstasy earlier this month...I believe the show was around 8ish? Not for certain though. Your time dining is in the Windstar dining room. There were 5 of us in our party, and we only had to wait 2 nights for less than 5-8 minutes each time and only had to wait because we asked to be seated with the same waitstaff every night. Andari is awesome! She's the best!! You'll love it! Oh and we had all kinds of different bread choices...not just the regular rolls. :)
  4. When I was on the Ecstasy earlier this month, I was told they only sell Marlboro by the pack at the bars. But they did have the huge 5 carton deal for Camel lights...it's in the liquor/duty free shop.
  5. I don't think most 18 yo's would enjoy any sort of "day camp"...there are tons of activities on board for them to do. They can lay out, go to the spa etc.
  6. We were in U101 a couple weeks ago and we LOVED it!! So roomy, and the balcony is AMAZING!
  7. Deck 3 is for staff and where you debark in ports...
  8. Here is your roll call for your cruise...http://boards.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?t=1017405 :)
  9. It might just be me...but I can't see a photo :(
  10. On the Ecstasy, there are 2 lines into the MDR. One is for regular dining, the other is for your time. When we were ready to eat, we just walked past the massive lines and checked in with the hostess. Only 2 nights we had to wait, and it was less than 10 minutes both times. I honestly think the only reason we had to wait was because we asked for a specific waitress. We LOVE your time dining!
  11. We LOVE Freddy! I really really really hope he is still on board when we go back in March for my Birthday. When we cruised in September, he would stop by our table every night and see how we were doing and say hi. He and Steve were our crushes for the week! :D
  12. "The U.S. Passport Card can be used to enter the United States from Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, and Bermuda at land border crossings or sea ports-of-entry and is more convenient and less expensive than a passport book. The passport card cannot be used for international travel by air." I'm thinking of getting my mom one of these since I know she'll never need a passport for anything other than cruising...I will probably talk to the people at Department of state first to make sure it would be useful.
  13. I've only been on the Ecstasy...but I am in love with it!
