We were patiently awaiting our 5 PUP points from the 12/21/23 webinar "Deployment Webinar" after our last cruise in November. It's a long way to ElitePlus; but 5 points is 5 points, and we're cruising again with "X" in October. So I decided to call the Captains Club number 1-800-760-0654. What a complicated way to access your account to finally get the measly 5 points. It took over 1/2 hour. Good luck everyone! 😎

I did, waited forever, when they answered they said: You will probably receive 3/17, 3/23 and 5/10 on or after 6/14. Only received 3pts from 5/10. Will unfortunately have to call tomorrow. I mean, come on people, it's only 2 points! How stingy can they (X) be?

Way too much time "On Hold", then they asked what were the titles of the webinars. Like I keep track, I mentioned it was for 2 points. What's the big deal you think? Simon was in the Philippines, they're having good weather. In other words - a total waste of my time. I asked if there was a direct number, he said call on the same one if you haven't received them in a few days. What a waste!!!!!!

We will be going in October, and thought the same thing. Until........we read the reviews on tripadvisor.com Now it's a "No". Looks like there is a resort near the cruise dock; might look into that.

Welcome to Oceania! Wow, are you in for a treat. We sailed, with our friends Mike and Carol, a few years back, and he created this marvelous review of our cruise on the Riviera. We have been back a few times since then (9x to be exact, and once on Marina - her sister ship) this past March 2023. Had a fabulous time again. You'll be there in no time. We just hit 10 in December, on the Marina, and love the paid gratuities. The Riviera coming up in March and finally the Oceania Vista in December. Here are the loyalty perks. Beats the scoop of gelato or the free bingo card on "X".
