I was just in an interior a few weeks ago on the Caribbean and the only plug in the main living area is at the desk. 

It's a shame about the dirty dishes being left outside. I discovered on the princess app last week that you can request your room service dishes be removed from your room. I used the feature and the dishes were removed from inside my room within an hour. 

I actually like when the light turns on. My family uses inside cabins and the light lets me safely get back to bed during the night. 

I’ll respond to my own question in case it’s helpful to others. Overall, I thought the place was great and would go back the next time we’re in Cozumel. Food/drinks were plentiful but not the best.

There is a kids area where my kids hung out for a while and got their faces painted for free. 
 

Customers with day passes need to leave by 5pm, otherwise we probably would have stayed later.

When you’re on the ship, you should be able to see all the daily activities on the app. You can even favorite things and they’ll show up in a different category. 

On Caribbean now and we’ve seen Barbie, Mario Bros, The Creator, Where the crawdad sings, wonka and west side story. A few others too but these are the highlights.

The movies all listed on the app but are not all printed in the patter.

Yes, it may take longer but still easy to do.

I think the room service coffee is pretty good. We have a package for the next trip that includes specialty coffee and I'm interested in trying that since I've had it before.

Have you booked the suite yet? I wish someone had told me about the differences in the forward Lido suites vs the aft suites. If I could go back in time, all my suite bookings would be aft.

It can be. I was also counting all the different types of garments and writing them on the paper that is provided in your cabin.

My family of 4 (two kids) will be in Cozumel in late March and there's a shore excursion to Island Beach Club. Has anyone been here recently that can comment on if it's good/bad, kid friendly, clean? Thanks!

I just used the chat today and the person seemed real. It was a bit slow, but I figured she was talking to me and a few other people at the same time. 

I ended up using the princess website chat and was emailed a reservation transfer request form. I filled it out with my TA information and emailed it to the address provided. Hopefully my TA will be able to straighten it out. Lesson learned is to let her know about future cruises I want to book and not book them myself online.

Yes, booked online which I never do since I have a TA. I had just really wanted to catch the sale before the holiday was over. Lesson learned!

Thanks! I just booked today and when I was emailed the booking info, he was showing as blue. I’ll call the Princess number next week. 

Hello, I just booked a cruise and my husband is showing up as blue loyalty level instead of platinum. How would I fix this or should I just wait until we board?

Do you know if the splash pool is something that's open outside of the kids club hours (i.e. is it accessible via a different entrance?)

On the Caribbean it was open any time, which was nice because my kids used it when they were too young for the kids club. It was hidden from view so I don't think many people knew it was there. That was one of the reasons I sailed with my kids on the Caribbean before covid and the renovation of that area.

Hopefully it's the same on the Crown.

There's a diagram on the Princess website that shows a splash pool on deck 17 of the Crown Princess, right beside the Teen Club.

The Caribbean Princess use to have one also that my kids used, which was great but I think with the renovation of that area, the splash pool was removed.

That's how the kids club was for my two a few years ago. Under 3 and you can go in with a parent to play during their open hours.

Yes, swim diapers are not allowed in the pool but I have seen several babies/kids that are wearing them in the pool or no diaper at all. 

I had this suite on the Caribbean Princess and it was wonderful. It was very quiet and peaceful.
