  1. We booked air through Celebrity and were already in Fort Lauderdale when they cancelled our cruise for the 14th. I followed the process for a refund and Celebrity automatically cancelled our air without asking any questions. I had to re-book a flight home. I expect to be refunded for my air and will take issue if I'm not...Celebrity gave us no options!
  2. I was already in Fort Lauderdale when the cruise was cancelled. When I filled out the online form for my refund, Celebrity immediately cancelled my flight home. I called them and they stated that I would be getting a full refund for the flights. I wanted to make sure before I re-booked my flight home. I'm expecting them to honor their word, since they cancelled. They were refundable but stated there would be a $200 cancellation fee (which should not apply).
  3. Last Saturday I received a refund for everything but my Celebrity Air for my March 14th cruise. I just want to be done with it so I filed a dispute with my credit card for the final refund amount. Hopefully that speeds it up, but we shall see.
  4. We were stuck in Fort Lauderdale (from Southern California) for the March 14th cruise on the Equinox. I requested a refund on March 16th. Checked my credit card this morning, and the refund for everything except the airfare booked through Celebrity was on my card. Yippee! Hopefully I'll see the airfare refund soon but at least the majority is back on my card. It was exactly 30 business days from when I submitted my request.
