  1. I just picked up this book by Jorge Cruise at the public library. There are some new ideas regarding weight loss that I'm going to try out and hopefully break out of this plateau. The first is eating breakfast within one hour of rising to get the metabolism going. This one could be difficult as I usually rise at 6:00 a.m. and don't eat breakfast until 8:30. I'm simply not hungry. Hoping that this second idea will change my not being hungry in the a.m. The second is not to eat anything after 7:30 p.m. Eating at night has been a downfall for me. When I was much, much younger I never ate after supper. (And I was so much thinner.) But recently I've had a problem with snacking a lot after supper. So now I'm going to bed hungry. Any other suggestions are always appreciated. 2. Our favorite beach in Cozumel is Chankanaab. This beach is stunning, with free lounge chairs, a tiny restaurant, restrooms, dive shop and many other activities. It's a hugely poplular site. As you come off the ship, you'll walk through the shopping mall, out to the huge taxi stand. Take a taxi to Chankanaab, the cost is about $10. The beach costs $10 per person, but is well worth it. The botanical gardens are included in the price. Enjoy.
