Using my iPhone I found my second cruise by clicking profile at the bottom of the home page and then under my picture on the profile page there is squares with my cruise dates listed. Just learning Medallion for the first time myself. I can hardly wait to start all over again with the new version.

Please remember as I stated earlier this method of using the email address is for those having issues with the app. I was at the time with my iPhone6 (a known issue with Stockperks that they are working on). My shareholder OBC using this method did finally come through, too.

I have just spoken on the phone with the Chief Customer Officer at Stockperks and have been given the following information to pass along. 1) If you are having issues with the app getting your shareholder OBC entered (such as I am with my iPhone6), send the relevant documentation by email to: hello@stockperks.com - reservation details (full name, reservation number, date of sailing and email associated with the booking) - proof of Carnival stock ownership (from within the last 3 months) - on the document they need to see your name, the brokerage name, a date and how many CCL shares you own. 2) They are working on a webpage they hope to have operational by the end of the year in which to enter your information to get your shareholder OBC.

This is a plug. Pull it out. Leave it out a few minutes. Then put it back in.

I wrote Stockperks as I have the same iPhone issue. It is a known issue with some iPhones and they are working on it..

After registering onto Stockperks using my iPhone the app kept shutting off. Received this in response. To their credit, Stockperks responded within an hour of my sending them an email. "Hi ShipWalker - thanks for reaching out. Some iPhone users are having this crashing issue that we're looking into right now. I will let you know once we have this resolved. I appreciate your patience - we'll get you your credit! Kind regards"

I received the same message this morning. I downloaded the app, verified my email, entered personal information and the app shut off. Tried to restart it. It shut off. Deleted it, re downloaded it. Logged in. Same result. Nothing. Nada. Zilch. Using iPhone6, iOS 15.8 Sent an email to Princess telling them to manually enter my OBC request. We shall see what happens.

Requested shareholder OBC w/Princess on Saturday & just now received an email with this link to use instead to download an app. Noted HAL was listed, also. @leck57 & @nzOdy Thanks for the tips. Two ways to get to the same answer. Still hoping to get an suggestion for the iPhone. HAL and Seabourn both basically use the same app with a simple "about" to pull up the version. As a soon to be first time Princess cruiser I won't worry about it once I am onboard and drinking. 🍸

Where do I find the version number for the app I am currently using?? (iPhone6 and DW's Samsung Galaxy S23)
