  1. If you have a Target red card you get 5% off purchase of gift cards (other than Target). Not a huge savings, but it helps!
  2. People say this all the time about all kinds of vacations. Like, a rainy day at Disney is better than a nice day at work! While that may hold true for some, when you've saved your money and used your precious vacation time, and things don't turn out they way you'd hoped for, it can be very disappointing. You spent money in exchange for a "product" and when that didn't deliver it sucks. Yeah I know, we can't control the weather and other circumstances, but it doesn't mean that you can't be disappointed and bummed out you didn't have the experience you'd hoped for.
  3. I've never been to Money Bar, how is the snorkeling there compared to going out to a reef?
  4. We are on the Carnival Paradise in October and will be in Cozumel from noon - 10 pm. This will be my 5th cruise and I've always booked independent excursions, never through the ship. However, almost everything I'm finding for Cozumel starts before noon, ending around 2 or so. I've previously gone to Paradise Beach (x3) and loved it, but this time we'd like to do some snorkeling and are looking at a catamaran snorkel trip. Would my best bet be to book through Carnival with this port schedule? I know it will cost a little more, I'm fine with that as long as I know it will be a good excursion.
  5. Planning to sail on the Paradise in October (Cuba for my 50th birthday). We've only sailed midship ocean view or balconies before but are considering a porthole cabin this time. I know they are in the front of the ship, so just curious as to any motion/rocking. I don't get seasick and fiance was in the Navy so we should be ok lol, but just wondering if we should pony up an extra $100+ pp and go for ocean view. We don't really need the "view" but we want some natural light so in that regard porthole will suit our needs.
