The problem is that I am a wine drinker, and that is already free. If you got better wine with the package, it would be a different story.

We also do not value the current promotion very highly because we have little use for the drinks package. Being in the US, we booked anyway and hope for a better promotion later. However, since we booked last month, the price of our balcony cabin has gone up about $1400 per person. It will take a price cut or a really good promotion to offset that.

We were fortunate enough to book a 2025 Greenland cruise on Tuesday because the price also went up over $1000 on Wednesday. We don't value the drinks package in the current promotion so we are still hoping for something better before final payment.
