I've always booked spa appointments and paid in advance and have never had a problem. They show the charge on your sign and sail card, but on the next line it subtracts the amount you already paid. The difference between the two amounts is whatever tip you left.

If I purchase the premium wifi package on the Miracle next month, will I be able to use the CBS App to stream shows? Thanks in advance for your help! (I figured since the Miracle was recently updated (I think) they might have better wifi?)

I agree! No, I don't cruise to sit in the room, but I'm old and do need some down time and peace and quiet. I miss having tv! I really miss the network stations.

I've experienced this too! Sometimes you can tell by their voice and attitude, I just hang up and call back and get someone else.
