  1. We were on the 6/19/19 cruise Bergen to Sweden. Our disembarkation called for being in the lobby by 3:00am for a Viking transport to airport about 45 ,minutes away. We ordered room service for breakfast and found Viking had prepared juice, coffee and pastries in lobby.
  2. Just finished a Viking Homelands and there was enjoyable shows, an evening of opera, magic and tribute to Abba. Realize there is only 900 passengers, some who retire early and others who enjoy the lounge atmosphere. I thin you will find the Viking experience relaxing, entertaining, education and satisfying.
  3. We are looking forward to the Flam rail tour based on your review.
  4. Advice on foreign currency especially coins for tips and restrooms very helpful. Thanks. I never thought of AAA.
  5. I appreciate your comments regarding currency in Russia. We sail June 20th on Viking Sea and I have been concerned about all the local currency especially Norway, Denmark and Sweden. Getting coins for restrooms is always a problem for me in Europe.
  6. Someone mentioned bringing duty free wine onboard? Is alcohol allowed?
  7. I have question about all the foreign currency especially small change needed for Norway, Denmark, Poland, Russia, etc. Viking just cited Euros for tipping. What about shopping for small items like post cards? Can food and wine be brought on board?
  8. Early soon (June) from Bergen to Sweden hope the king crap are on the menu.
