I cannot even purchase the Medallion Net, have been trying for a few weeks. Keeps saying error occurred. Only issue I have had with the app.

It may help to join the AA frequent flyer club as it allows you to easily see flights on-line; you can also request wheelchair service.

This has been my experience too and we sometimes pay for the transatlantic seats on BA. Works well !

Wear what you are comfortable in. For me that is a long black Travelers dress from Chico's with a glitzy necklace and black or silver sandals. Dh wears black pants, white shirt, and tie.

My recollection is that are many water bottle filling stations. Type of bottle and volume is your preference.

I will continue to do as usual -- purchase the basic cruise package, carry-on 1 or 2 bottles of a wine I enjoy to drink in our cabin pre dinner, and have a very occasional cocktail of some sort. Keeping it simple. 😀

After reading about the issues for years I would never book a cruise on the Crown, and totally agree that she should be pulled from service until fully operable. Princess, in general, is reflective of our unpredictable world of today.

Our first cruise was on the Island Princess , Vancouver to Anchorage. We had a fabulous time! Since then we have been on the Coral, Majestic, and several Royal Class ships, in October we will be on the Island again. Each ship has its own character dependent on the ship's age, its senior officers and the head chef. We take each as it comes and mostly sail for an itinerary. We expect our backs to act up, there will be cases of Covid onboard, variable entertainment, and no International Cafe but will choose what makes us happy and have a great time exploring the Med.

I make sure I am well aware of what is going on at the airports through which I will be connecting ex time for terminal changes, customs etc. I would rather have a long wait than the stress of a short, even if valid, time to connect. I am treating EZAir like I would my own scheduling and check flights frequently on the airline's website.

Could it be that kettles are provided only on RT cruises out of Southampton? I am hoping for but not expecting one on the Island Princess in latish October.

I think the issue is with AA Vacations. I usually fly AA and have yet to have a seating issue BUT I am an AA frequent flyer and manage my flights weekly to watch for plane and time changes. Flying on BA is another challenge as they do not assign confirmed seats until check-in unless you are high in their program tiers.

Lots of key hints for me especially about taking an extra 2 weeks of meds (and undies), and the importance of having a mobile phone that works without wifi wherever you are traveling. I need to double check our insurance for covid coverage.

It often depends on the airline. Sometimes being a member of the airline's frequent flier program is useful.

Yes. We also have the Princess platinum insurance. GeoBlue also covers pre-existing conditions and can be purchased up to one day prior to trip beginning.
