  1. Your wife texts you the following and asks if you see it?!?!

Oh yes!!!! We have seen many of them on the highways here in Rhode Island,,,

I know I'm obsessed when I spend half of my day trolling message boards, instagram, Facebook,,etc for any information related to MSC,,,especially MSC Seaside and MSC Meraviglia!!:D:D

  2. That's what worries me, especially since it is a center suite. Ours would be a Caribbean cruise. Maybe, it wouldn't be that bad???

I would find it hard to imagine that MSC would not have wind screen glass across the entire front of the ship like Fantasia Class ships have, the balcony would most definitely be unusable while at sea without it.

  3. I am still a little confused about the layout of the aft S3 aurea suites. The MSC site only gives a deck 9 extended balcony layout but the site below has a diagram for the aft S3 (sorry, couldn't figure out how to include the image).

I hope the diagram is correct. I like the divided room layout.

That is not a correct representation of the aft staterooms,,,the balcony is a wrap around,,not sure about the interior layout yet however,,

  4. Mike, I tried the right click and I don't get the COPY IMAGE ADDRESS. So I tired to just copy it and went to User CP and pasted it and I got file is too large. Like I said I am illiterate when it comes to computers. :)

Gerry,,when you edit your signature,,there is a box like the picture below,,you need to paste the url from photo bucket like mine is,,,do not use the upload image file below the box,, Here is the address of your image,,copy the entire url and paste it into the top of your signature: http://i1370.photobucket.com/albums/ag279/Mikesa1721/MSC%20TNGALOHA%20Room%20Keys%203_zps45sw5ll6.png

  5. Thanks Mike, I got it uploaded now I have to figure out how to make it bigger.

I wish I wasn't so illiterate when it comes to computers!

I tried to download it in to Shutterfly but that won't work and I tried photobucket. That is where I got it to upload but only it is super small.

Hopefully I will figure it out yet today,

    Thanks again

    Gerry

Try this,,,right click on the image I posted for you,,"COPY IMAGE ADDRESS" and then paste the url at the top of your signature,,

  6. How do you do the countdown clock with the Voyager level cards?

They're not really countdown clocks suzyed,,I make the stateroom keys in photoshop and edit the information for those who request them from me:) I'll post the finished images here and then you can just right click,,save image as,,and then load the saved image to photo bucket or wherever you store images online. Once you have that done,,you copy the url from the website and paste it into your signature here on CC,,,easy peasy!!!:D

  8. Thanks Mike for the pictures and all the answers you have for us.

Just one more question-Where did you get the link to put your club card in your signature? I would love to put one in mine.

Thanks again and keep the pictures coming, I really enjoy seeing them,

    Gerry

I make them in photoshop and then post them for you to copy and paste from my photobucket library. I need your ship, sail start and end dates, voyager club level, and deck number,,and experience level( Bella, Fantastica,,etc.) :D

  9. OK, here's what I did.

Upon reading all the difficulties everyone had with getting their level matched I only did DH to get the status match. So he has a number and a Gold level (not black). I really only did this to get the 5% off.

Will it make a huge difference (or any difference) in our cruise experience if I leave it as is, or should I, also, apply for the status match? I do have time, our cruise isn't until Oct.

If you would like to receive points for your upcoming sailing then I would. Even though I am the primary on all of our bookings, my girlfriend is always included so she will receive points as well,,:D

  10. She is starting to take a great shape! Is that yellow beam where the front of the ship is going to end or are they going to be building her farther down to the left side of picture)?

Thanks so much Mike for the pictures of the ship. LOVE them!

    Have a great evening,

    Gerry

I believe the front of the construction dock is just behind the yellow gantry crane section Gerry. A view from above would verify that,,:D

  11. Hello MSC Friends!

So, my wife just got an email advising that we are now Silver with MSC. Yay!

But, will we get actual cards in the mail? Will our cruise cards be different on our May cruise?

    How will this work?

    Thanks!!!

More than likely you'll just receive your paper card. Once you board the ship,,your stateroom key will look like the silver card in my signature,,:)

  12. I received the same thing yesterday and I called MSC. It's only a guarantee and there are a few inside rooms in the yacht club. I don't want to get stuck with that. Also, we like balconies and some of the rooms in Yacht Club have panoramic windows and no balcony. I think I would miss the balcony.

There are no inside Yacht Club staterooms on any of the Fantasia class ships unless you are speaking about Ocean View staterooms. Meraviglia class and Seaside class will introduce inside Yacht Club staterooms.

  13. Mike, do you have specifics on itinerary for S. America and length of cruises info? With all the stuff going on in Europe, I'm looking at different itinerary ideas.

Nothing written in stone yet Love2,,but I'm sure MSC Seaview may sail one, if not all of these itineraries that Orchestra, Musica, and Preziosa will be sailing in March 2017.

  14. Question, friends.

We are going back on Divina in May, but were thinking of bringing our youngest daughter and her best friend. Both will be 17 at the time of cruising. Yacht Club is not an option for us.

Not sure if there are adjoining cabins in the Fantastica level that would allow for the girls to have their own cabin and us to be next door?

    Appreciate your help, suggestions, etc!

There are plenty of Fantastica adjoining balcony staterooms starting on deck 9. You will have to book an adult and a minor in each stateroom then go to guest services once onboard and request extra keys for each of the two cabins.:D

  15. Hi Mike ... As we will be going down under for a while I will leave you to keep up with the pictures ... :D :)

Hopefully we will be able to look in at some point assuming we can find WiFi at our stop off places.

Have a great trip Dave!!! Pop in from time to time,,hopefully I'll have some more pics soon!!:D
