Same here. Shows day1 and then it asks me for booking number but won't let log in. I'm having issues with the website too on my tablet. Keeps directing me to the app which isn't working. HAL IT sucks big time.

I always wear my swimsuit and a cover up(a dress)to the spa area. I check in and then go to the locker room and get a robe there. Sometimes they have slides you can use instead of your own shoes. I leave my stuff in the lockers provided. Last December the locks didnt work on the lockers so i never take anything of value. This way I don't have to wear the robe from my cabin through the ship. But others do. It depends on what you're comfortable doing.

I was recently on a 14 day cruise that was also sold as 7 day cruises. My account carried over and did not close out after the first 7 days.

I met 2 ladies that were in Club Orange on the New Year's cruise and they were told they were out of the normal Club Orange totes.

I had a connecting room last September. I could hear the people next door talking and laughing. Muffled but could hear them. Didn't bother me much as it was never late at night. It all depends on whose in the room next door. One year I had a connecting room on the Koningsdam. Poor guy next door had covid. He coughed alot and it was very loud. That was a little bothersome as it happened day and night.

I've used Blackberry cars from LHR to Southampton. Good service. My flight was delayed and they were good for waiting for me.

Anyone else still having problems with HAL's website? I'm still alone on sold out cruises.

I was on the Koningsdam last Christmas. Ship was beautifully decorated. Alot of families on board. Some were all decked out in matching Christmas garb on Christmas eve and Christmas day.

I was just on the Nieuw Statendam and had a connecting room on deck 7. I could hear my neighbors but it wasn't too bad. I could hear coughing and laughing. Sometimes I could hear them talking loud but it almost sounded like they were on the phone or maybe facetiming with someone. I just turned my TV up which might have annoyed them😁

How is putting your laundry on hangars and not folded being passive aggressive? And how is that suggesting they don't want to do your laundry. My suggestion, don't send your laundry out. Bring enough clothes so you don't have to. I would think it's such a petty thing to complain about.

Does anyone know if there are plenty of taxis available when disembarking at Red Hook Brooklyn Cruise terminal? I'll be heading into Manhattan and not sure if I want to book a car service as it's always hard to predict actual time. Thanks.

My cruise is 23 days away and I can see the daily schedule in the app.

Yes, I had them in my stateroom on my Dec cruise on the Koningsdam. And then one morning they do put towel animals all around the pool. It's fun to see them all around the pool area,

I was in 7127 in 12/22 for 10 days to Mexico. Liked the location. Not far from the rear staircase and elevators. Quick trip up to the Lido. The only thing I didn't like was that it was a connecting cabin. My neighbor had covid and you could hear him coughing. Not always real noisy but you need to keep that in mind if you think you would mind hearing your neighbors. I was able to tune it out most of the time and besides I wasnt in the room much. I only had a few photos of the room.

Avoid cabins with connecting doors. I have had a connecting cabin on both the Koningsdam and the Rotterdam and have heard my neighbors. One guy had covid and sounded like he was coughing up a lung. Poor guy but not nice to listen to. On the Rotterdam I just heard them laughing and talking sometimes. I'm sure they didn't like me either as to drown them out I turned up my TV.

Mtn Dew is a Pepsi product. Doubt it would be in a Coke machine.

Does anyone know if HAL provides bus transportation from the Vancouver cruise terminal down to Seattle? I'm contemplating a cruise that ends in Vancouver and looking into transport to Seattle. Don't really want to take the train. Just seeing what the options might be. Thanks!

I did a visit to the swannery which was fun. I think we also visited some gardens.

I went to try it today and it wasn't working.

I was up there the other day and the port side was closed for the crew's use.
