  1. Perhaps I am missing something, but I do not see that Cruise Critic has separate Roll Call forums for Cruise & Maritime Voyages. do people just start roll call threads on the main Cruise & Maritime Voyages forum? Thank you.
  2. Who else will be on the Nieuw Statendam as she cruises from Fort Lauderdale to Amsterdam on April 21, 2019? I look forward to hearing from you guys.
  3. Which car rental agencies will pick me up at the San Diego cruise ship terminal? Thank you.
  4. Rodrigo, I’ll be stepping off of Veendam just before you board! I’m in Sydney now. Not much to see in this small town. Governors pub and eatery is fun and lively with live music. I think they open at noon. Turn right when you exit the ship and it’s one of the first things you see in town. (Left side of street as you are walking into town.). In Halifax an excursion to Peggy’s Cove is nice. I have been before so didn’t go this year. Lots to see walking on the waterfront including the Maritime Museum if you are interested in that kind of thing. Some nice restaurants but a little pricy and touristy. In Bar Harbor I recommend the ship excursion to Acadia National Park. 14 passenger bus so you don’t have the “large bus experience!” I don’t usually take ship excursions but highly recommend this one. After the tour you have plenty of time to walk around the pretty town and to eat Lobster! I had a lobster roll that was yummy. I will send another note if something jumps out in the remaining ports. Enjoy your cruise! Glenn. Sent from my iPhone using Forums
  5. Does HAL include money spent on pre-boarding EXC tours (via the website) when calculating Mariner points for onboard spending? I'm sorry if this has been asked and answered before but I couldn't find a message thread that answered the question. Thanks, Hobie
