Hi All, I'm curious, Has anyone ever gotten the "administrative fees" waived or taken off? I was thinking about calling just to see if it's possible but wanted to ask you guys first. About a year ago I had to cancel and transfer from 1 cruise to another and received the $100 pp fee. If it could be taken off that would be an extra $200 off the price so hey why not give it a try right LOL

Does anyone know the usual weather for January in Miami?!

Hi All, I usually do Carnival cruise but I wanted to try something different so I'm booked on my first Royal Caribbean cruise on Symphony. I had a question about the cruise planner and Starbucks. 1. Does the cruise planner hold your spot/space when selecting dining options (such as Izumi hibachi, dining packages) in the cart until you are ready to purchase it? Or it's best to buy when it's available before selling out? 2. With the Starbucks on the ship can you use a Starbucks gift card or it's through the sea-pass card only?

Love this review! This helped a lot of my questions because this will be my first RC cruise. I'm in Cleveland as well so it felt like I was reading my own future review LOL...January 2020, I can't wait!
