  1. lol so what is the final verdict. We will be here next Thursday. How far is Orient Beach from the port via a cab ride?
  2. We like to get their early. Avoid the lines, get a convenient parking space, and be able to walk around the ship without it being crowed. Then we go up for lunch in the WJ before the crowds get there as well. It is just more relaxing to us. Plus I get to take some good pictures of the interior while no is around. Either way or time - Enjoy!!!
  3. We had booked with a six pack wrapped in original paper and they pulled out a bottle from the middle to check if it was still factory sealed. They are only checking for booze and probably could care less about the water itself. That being said our water was allowed to go through. Too bad they didn't check other places for the booze lol I also agree their large bottles are not convenient .
  4. I can't wait to get my first one on our cruise next week, 2/10/19 on the Oasis.
  5. We are considering the Sea Trek excursion directly from RCCL. Has anyone tried this in the past and what was your opinion? Worth it and is there enough sea life to see since the hurricane? We are going to be there 2/14. Thank you!!
  6. Has anyone used Captain Alans Boat Charters? We are looking for a charter specifically for snorkeling with the turtles. Any reviews on this group?
  7. Are there taxis for the return trip or do you need to make prior arrangements to get back to town?
  8. Thank you! Just what I wanted to hear. Are there taxis standing around for the return trip or do we need to make arrangements prior?
  9. Blue-water it has been a number of years since we have visited Sapphire Beach. Can you comment on how the snorkeling is?
  10. Hi, we will be arriving at St. Marten early February and I am wondering if the resort has opened back up to full potential since the storm. We want a laid back kinda beach where we can get some drinks or food, enjoy the water and do a little snorkeling without the masses. Has anyone been there recently? Thank you in advance :)
  11. I agree with your reasons and never thought about the room service kitchen location lol. Thank you!
