  1. Why should the bartender get upset over having to serve a soda? That is his job.
  2. Thank you everyone. Have turned off notifications, and will keep my fingers crossed!
  3. Never had this problem before. Two days ago every new topic posted on this forum started showing up in my email. How do I turn this off? Gave a quick look here, but cannot find anything. Thank you if you can help.
  4. I really think the question continues to be asked because there are always new cruisers who want to know what the actual onboard policy is, and because Princess has always been inconsistant from ship to ship. Obviously there are also two groups with two different ideas of what they want to wear in the main dining room, or lug to the ship in the first place. And so the war goes on.
  5. If you wish to go to the buffet, certainly you can. If you wish to go to the main dining room you should. There are no fashion police. Enjoy your dinner!!!
  6. Unfortunately your fellow passengers will keep doing what they are doing, and Princess will never in a million years notify passengers of that kind of problem.
  7. Maybe I stand alone, but that menu would not thrill me. I would prefer something from the IC, or pizza from the Lido deck.
  8. You can certainly bring a couple of bottles onboard with you.
  9. If there were one thing I could change on Princess it would be to go back to the days of soap, lotion and shampoo of old. The garbage offered now must save them a ton. Oh LOL, edited to wish for the Beef Medallions back again too, on the Always Available menu.
  10. I have seen all three on at least two of my cruises, in the main dining room at dinner, and permitted.
  11. The childrens menu is only available in the Main dining room. Room service has a hamburger, hot dog, and grilled cheese. I dont know of anything specifically geared to children in the buffet. Pizza and hamburgers and hot dogs also available on the Lido deck.
  12. Just looked at Norwegians online, they are a tad tight, dont know that you could walk past the bed without turning sideways.
  13. Has anyone sailed solo with a line that has solo cabins? Are they truly closet sized, or just smaller than a regular inside. I have never seen one.
  14. If you do not mind an occasional nude walker from the beach further down, Orient beach on St. Martin is heaven.
  15. Yes, I would say everyone went out of their way for you. How very nice!
  16. In what way were you treated better on the Sky, than your treatment on Princess?
  17. Had a cabin right by the Panoramic elevators, never heard a sound. Also never heard any sound from people gathered and waiting for an elevator. It was very quiet.
  18. Sure looks pretty all lit up in the twilight. Makes me a little bit jealous.
  19. Yes, it is. Sad if its a medical emergency.
