  7. Hi, The combined ticket covers the whole journey from Palma return, you can get the 204 bus from the main road which is 15 min walk from the center of Soller. The 405 goes via Valldermossa where you could stop to visit the monastery, I have covered this if you look back . https://www.tib.org/en/linies-i-horaris/autobus/-/linia/204 Rogerb
  8. Hi Molly, One of my favorite cruise ships , Oceania usually provides a shuttle that will drop you right opposite the Cathedral ,there is a tourist office the other side of the road from where you are dropped off. The hop-on bus also has a stop right there, personally, I would not use it and spend your money on a nice lunch . Everything is walkable try to make your way towards the : https://www.mercatolivar.com/en/home/ you will see all the art nouveau buildings on your route. https://www.spain.info/en/discover-spain/art-nouveau-palma-mallorca/ https://www.seemallorca.com/sights/religious/banys-arabs-arab-baths Have a great day !! 9. Hi , It's supposed to rain tomorrow, here are the options. https://www.rome2rio.com/map/Palma/Porto-Cristo You could hire a car at the airport for the day , This might be the cheapest way , regardless it it is an expensive day out ,it's a pity you did not reach earlier, I had a driver that would have taken you. Good luck !! Roger b
  10. Great when a plan comes together, you were lucky with the weather as it has been one day good one bad and rainy. Rogerb
  11. Hi, It's a 15 min taxi ride from the port :https://www.rome2rio.com/map/Palma-Port/Illetes. and yes the beach bar will call you a taxi back to the port. any problems call an Uber. https://www.uber.com/es/en/r/cities/taxi/palma-es-ib-es/ Roger b
  12. Hi I like your plan for your day in Palma, https://www.rome2rio.com/s/Palma/Jardins-d-Alfàbia Go on to Pt de Soller get tram back to Soller pay on tram . Have lunch there . https://www.cafesoller.com/ Is my choice good veggie options. Then get Train back to Palma . Train tickets will have to be bought in Soller. This should be no problem at 14.00. Roger b
  13. Hi Carrie, Your Canadian license is O.K,just do Valdemossa and Soller. You could Do Pt zde Andrax but would be rushed . Roger b
  14. Hi, You should not have any trouble getting a taxi from the port. It will be more difficult getting a taxi back to the Port , you can book an Uber . The beach bar can ring for a taxi, but it is a peak day and will be very crowded. Leave your self plenty of time to get back to the port, failing this the Number 4 bus stops right outside the beach. Get off at Porto Pi you can see the ship from there. Roger b
  15. Hi , Unfortunately your ship docked on the west quay. You could have been on the main terminal quay then it is a 2 min walk to the car park. Roger b
  16. Hi , Either you can get the taxi to drop at the Main cruise terminal ( see post a few back). Or it is about a 10 minute ride to the start of the Ho-Ho bus this in the Bourne which is the main street in Palma. The stop is opposite the Cathedral. https://city-sightseeing.com/en/25/palma-de-mallorca?utm_source=gmb&utm_medium=city&utm_content=Plm_Mllrc_gmb&utm_campaign=QR-CS_Mllrca&utm_term=csaffiliation Roger b
  17. Hi, Unfortunately, I have no control over where your ship docks, and as seen in the post below it could be a very long walk to the bus stop where the Ho-Ho bus stops. The luck of the draw I am afraid, my advice is to get a taxi into town and board the bus there. Roger b
  18. Not a lot of difference about 60 eu Roger b
  19. Hi, It should be no problem at this time taxis pass the entrance to the beach all the time. You could also call up an Uber , also there is a bus stop right at the entrance. Number 4 bus will take you within walking distance of the cruise terminal get off at Porto Pi,or take you into the town (2 eu ) Roger b
  20. There are two terminals see below: https://yes-mallorca-property.com/blog/mallorca/palma-de-mallorca-cruise-port-guide-about-palma-de-mallorca/ Roger b
  21. Hi, I am afraid it's luck of the draw , there are car parks in all of these villages . Deia is probably the most difficult, Soller try to park on the main road and walk down into the town .Pt de Soller there is a large car park off of the 1st roundabout going into the town.Valdemossa several car parks if full carry on the main road and you can park in one the streets on the right hand side. The ship should dock at the main terminal añd the wil be in the car park opposite the entrance. Roger b
  22. Hi, I would probably go into Porto Christo , you have a choice of waterside restaurants. It is a lovely fishing village ,and is very close to the caves. Roger b
  23. Hi, Yes both in the centre of the best shopping streets . https://www.abc-mallorca.com/avenida-jaime-iii-palma/ Roger b
