Yes, he was waiting for us when we got off the ship. He is a wonderful guide, knowledgeable, fun and knows his way around. We have hired him again for first day in Kobe on world cruise. We have recently returned from Holland America cruise around Japan, and whilst in Oska, had a two day tour with Toichi Nkata from Tours by Locals. Ichi was a wonderful guide, good fun. We did a tour to Osaka first day, (rained all day getting wetter as day went on), but we still managed to see such a lot and had a wonderful lunch at a little restaurant that Ichi knew. Next day in Osaka, weather much better, and we went up to Osaka Castle, not inside as huge queues, Namba and Dotonbori. Travel was by train and bus. A wonderful two days and we have arranged to meet with Ichi again next year when we are back in Japan
