  1. As long as you have something waterproof you will be fine. We did a lot of walking in the rain.
  2. I use fragrance free Febreeze (need to order online as I can rarely find it in stores) and I transfer to a small travel size spray bottle. But I'm going to try vodka/water mix.That's even easier than online shopping. 🙂
  3. I'm trying to decide if I pack my puffer jacket or not. Usually once the temps are consistently over 40, I stop wearing it and switch to the 3-in-1 jacket--shell with fleece or lighter weight sweater. I know no one can predict the weather, but has anyone experienced under 40-degree temps on while on Alaska cruise in June?
  4. I've done a few cruises while on WW and I have lost, gained or stayed the same. Stick with the same things that have brought you success so far. More chicken and fish for dinner, less beef and pasta, load up on veggies, try not to over do the sauces, all things in moderation. Eat fruit. Keep up with the water. I'm not a big drinker so it wasn't hard to limit myself to one or two cocktails a day. Take the steps all the time, go for early morning walks out on deck, maybe hit the gym.
